There is little village on the Costa Blanca called Guadalest. Definately worth to visit! It is just 30km drive from Altea. You take the road CV-755 direction Altea la Vella and just continue that road. After 30km you will see beautiful castle L´Álcozaiba on top of a rock. The castle is one of Guadalests main attractions.
In Guadalest you can enjoy the atmosphere of traditional Spanish village, buy souvenirs from many of the craft shops or sit down and have a great dinner in a cozy restaurant inside the old town. The surroundings will make you feel you are in a old movie! It is that beautiful there!
